It’s easy to make a resolution, it’s flippin’ difficult to ingrain a good habit.
Why does regular exercise seem so hard to fit into a daily schedule? Am I dense, or am I seeking perfection? If I can’t fit in a longer workout, too often I don’t bother to work in smaller ones.
Squawkfox posted a free, printable weekly workout log back during resolution season. It looks both easy to use and a good way to hold myself accountable. Oh, and I can use it to make some weekly fitness goals. Uh, yeah; I think that’s been a missing element in my struggle to create some reliable exercise habits.
