Exercise goal for my week (pretend today is Sunday)

I’m behind the curve in adding this feature. Please accept my apologizes in taking so long to get it up. On Sunday and Wednesday, I’m going to post a small post—–the purpose of the post is to place exercise goals for the week and follow-up to previous goals. My hope is that those who are joining in on the exercise commitment will use this feature so they can go chart their successes easily and catch up with other exercise buddies after an absence from the internet.

My personal goal for the week of February 3 – 9 is to do 10 minutes of biking 3 days this week, and do the exercise ball routine the other 3 days. I’ve been on my new medication for over 10 days now, and my doctor said to give myself 10 days before exercising again.
