That little girl I recently wrote about, who had neuroblastoma, didn’t make it. She passed away and her funeral was held today. I ache for her family; the thing to take to heart in such a miserable situation is the fact the little girl is no longer in pain.

I’m so sorry to hear this. Cancer is an evil, awful thing and sadly, doesn’t discriminate. I will never understand how and why it has to happen to anyone, much less a child.
Agreed. Such havoc, and it starts with one funky, mutated cell. It can be so utterly horrific.
